¨ Provide ALL real estate disclosures (on California Association of Realtor Forms) to protect both parties
¨ Contact the Buyer’s Lender to assure that the buyer is “Qualified” for a mortgage if required
¨ Open Escrow and guide both parties through the close of escrow
¨ Provide guidance during the inspection process (Home, Pest, & Roof Inspection etc.)
¨ Provide consultation as needed during the post-sale and pre-settlement period.
¨ Work with the Lender until mortgage commitment is had in a timely manner (Important!)
¨ Review the Appraisal if necessary
¨ We will make sure the transaction is moving forward all the way through until close of escrow occurs
