• Prepare a free no obligation market analysis to help determine the selling price.
• Prepare the “Purchase Agreement” and any applicable Addendums.
• Provide ALL real estate disclosures (on California Association of Realtor Forms) to protect both parties.
• Contact the Buyer’s Lender to assure that the buyer is “Qualified” for a mortgage if required.
• Open Escrow and guide both parties through the close of escrow.
• Provide guidance during the inspection process (Home, Pest, & Roof Inspection etc.)
• Provide consultation as needed during the post-sale and pre-settlement period.
•  Work with the Lender until mortgage commitment is had in a timely manner (Important!).
• Review the Appraisal if necessary.
• We will make sure the transaction is moving forward all the way through until close of escrow occurs
